Ambiguous terms in requirements doc sections 2.1 and 2.2.

While reviewing sections 2.1 and 2.2 of the requirements I found quite a few terms and phrases that seem ambiguous or at least fuzzy.  Some of these may warrant terms and definitions in the glossary.
