Can we switch our definition and
use from snapshot configuration to configuration snapshot? I think it is
easier to read and understand that way. Otherwise I agree with option
2.

specification must support aggregation of a configuration snapshot with the
solution being configured.

added meaning with the phrase
"with the solution being configured". I believe the thought is incomplete
without stating what the snapshot configuration is aggregated
with.)
Please vote for an option or suggest an alternative
and provide the rationale for your suggestion.
