Randy updated the doc on Friday and Debra created a new survey, but the link she sent got lost in the ether. New plan: Debra will update doc and survey with conclusions from this meeting; Julia will finish searching through email to see if anything was missed in the confusion and send to Debra who will add to the survey; Debra will then (sometime Thursday) send a link to everyone (and make sure the link really makes it to the list). We will all need to vote by Monday morning. Julia to create action items for everyone to take the survey, once it is posted. John will collate the results because Debra will be out. He will do that at 8am Central Monday morning so please be done by then. (Or send John a note if you need a little extra time.)

Here are the results of my email search. Most of the discussion was included in the latest requirements doc. A small number were not - for various reasons. (I sent this to Debra yesterday and she has factored this into the survey we are to take today.)

These items discussed via email are in the requirements doc:

1/2 of Action Item 52 - 2.10.2 - also done; not mentioned in the history.
John's rewrites - 2.1.1.6 - last email from Debra on 03/03 - at least 3 people agreed to this - looks like this is included although the doc history doesn't mention it. This was a green already with everyone but John saying agree. 
2.3 - new wording was included in the new requirements doc, just not mentioned in the history.

Not in requirements doc:

Action Item 31 - 2.1.5.2 - last email from me on 03/02 (not counting Josh's close of the action item)
2.1.5.2 - The SDD specification must support definition, within solution maintenance, of information about fixes which are superseded or obsoleted by deployment of the solution maintenance.

2.1.4.3.1 and 2.1.4.3.2 - discussed but these requirements don't even exist in the requirements doc. I'm not sure how they got created. I supposed you could add them in the survey with a note. Or we could punt until next week and discuss. Here's their text:
2.1.4.3.1 The SDD specification must support definition of a configuration snapshot. 
2.1.4.3.2 The SDD specification must support aggregation of a configuration snapshot with the solution being configured.

The reworded 2.2.1.11 is not the same as the most recent proposal in the email thread, but it means the same and I think we should just leave it as is. 

Action Item 45 - 2.4.8 - Closed, but not included in the new requirements doc. The most recent proposed wording is this: 2.4.8 - The SDD specification must support deploying solution localization as the content or part of the content of a solution package.
