Multiple choice requirements with clear winners.

The following requirements had alternate versions in the last survey and in each case on alternate had a disagreement and the other alternate was a clear winner with more agrees and no disagrees. I will be asking Randy to include the winners in the next version of the requirements doc. If anyone finds a flaw with this plan, please post.
