Project Schedule Tom has made some updates. The glossary was decoupled from the rest of the project plan, except for a tie-in to the next F2F. An item for approval of the project plan was added. That is due to be done at this meeting. The next F2F shows on the schedule as being the week of May 8th through 12th. (It would not be the entire week.) Fukui-san has a conflict (GGF) and he would prefer the following week. Randy would prefer the week before to keep us moving along the project plan. Fukui-san cannot do that earlier week. He could skip his conflict the week of the 8th more easily than clear the week before. Since CA and Sun are not represented tonight, we will open a ballot for choosing dates. Ballot options will include 3-day chunks covering the first three weeks in May. Members will be asked to vote for all sessions that they could possibly attend. Only sessions that they would not be able to attend should be left unchecked. This is not a vote about preferences, just possibilities. Action item #0129: Tom to create F2F ballot.
