SDD TC May face to face meeting May 15-17.

Randy,
thank you for accomodating the rest of the TC. We appreciate it.

Given the overwhelming support for Mon May15-Wed May 17 we will go for that date. I had checked with Jay Nash to see if those dates are ok with him (since he had only picked Tue-Thurs) and his comment was that it was no worse than any other at this point ;-)

So, officially, the SDD TC face to face will be held from Noon Mon, May 15 to Noon, Wednesday May 17 in Macrovision facilities in Schaumberg, IL. Airport destination is Chicago O'Hare and Robert Dickau will provide local hotel choices and directions to his facility. By copy to Robert, please provide hotel info as soon as you can so that we can reserve rooms.

Note, given that this is Chicago (with easy access to rest of US) we may want to leave a little latitude for Wednesday afternoon departure so that we can accomodate any run over of schedule.

I will cancel the SDD Telecon for that week.

F2F Dates  Ballot winners are 1) 5/15-5/17 and 2) 5/16-5/18. Christine and Randy voted no on those times. Everyone else is OK. Christine says she can do 5/15-5/17 but we do not know about Randy. Tentatively, it looks like it will be the first part of the week of 5/15. Action Item: Randy  tell us if you can attend 5/15-5/17. We are twisting your arm real hard.
