sdd message

Did I hear that right?  The XSD (XML Schema) is not part of the SDD
specification?  I understand why graphics can't be part of the normative
part of the spec (after all, it's duplicative) but the XSD is not
part of it either?  I thought it was the ultimate and primary
output of the TC...
