To validate this version of the schema's, you will need to download and
extract the schema files locally, and edit the xsd:import schemaLocation
attribute in sdd-deploymentDescriptor-2.0.xsd and
sdd-packageDescriptor-2.0.xsd to point to a local version of the
sdd-common-2.0.xsd.  This should only need to be done temporarily until we
get the version 2.0 schema files uploaded to the OASIS Library.  I believe
that this upload is done in conjunction with an approved Committee Standard
which we should be able to achieve very shortly.
