Committee Draft Ballot

SDD TC,

I have opened a ballot to vote on our
"final" specification and schema that we have been developing
over the last few months as a Committee Draft. Approval as a Committee
Draft is the first step toward taking this forward as a candidate v2.0
Standard. 

The ballot will remain open for 1 week.
Voting members should receive an email with a pointer to the ballot.
