F2F in Berlin

Up to now, the planning has been that I would reserve a block of hotel rooms for visitors to the SDO and DAS F2F meetings.
Unfortunately, the hotel is only able to make block reservations 4 weeks before the arrival date, and so, it now turns out, that every has to make their own reservations.  On the other hand, they've informed me that there are plenty of rooms available, so it should be a problem, and the "SAP rates", turn out to not be much cheaper then what is normally available over the internet.  It also, of course, means that our visitors have a bit more flexibility regarding accomodations.

It's a big glass tower (somewhat GDR-chic), right on the Alexanderplatz, and is within easy walking distance (700m) to our offices, and with excellent public transportation connections.
