The C++ Type class has other deficiencies as well.

Java provides
boolean isAbstract()
List getBaseTypes()

neither of which is present in the C++ spec.

I propose to resolve this issue by adding descriptions of isAbstract and
getBaseTypes methods, based directly on the Java equivalents.

I will mark this issue as resolved on Friday if there are no other
comments before then.
