[sdo] [SDO-51]: Introduce an SDOObject class to the C++specification

Introducing this new type would have implications for the entire spec,
for example

      * should we remove isNull and setNull
      * should we remove or deprecate the many setXXX/getXXX methods in
        favour of using SDOObject parameters
      * etc

Since the change is so extensive it should be deferred to V3.0.
