[sdo] [SDO-61]: C++ DataObject API is incomplete

I propose to resolve this issue by adding explicit declarations for
three createDataObject methods

DataObjectPtr createDataObject(const char* propertyName)
DataObjectPtr createDataObject(unsigned int propertyIndex)
DataObjectPtr createDataObject(const Property& property)

In fact on closer scrutiny the unSet method is already there.

I will mark issue as resolved on Friday if there are no comments before
then.
