The 2.1.1 solution made sense wrt a point release.  For SDO 3.0 we could get rid of the '.#' notation and use the '[#]' notation instead.

Advantages of this approach:

• Simplifies the get logic
• Simplifies the SDO path logic, there would be one way to get by index instead of 2.
  
• Fixes the following corner case:  "when there is both an isMany property named "foo" and another property named someting like "foo.0" in the same type".

This issue had been resolved in the OSOA calls, but the resolution version was set to SDO 3, this is why I omitted it in the issue transfer process.
