We agreed on 24. Feb to try to complete these in 3 weeks, which means that all action items are due next week.

III - NEW ISSUES

IV - ISSUE 158 - Extend XMLHelper API to use StAX and SAX constructs

There seems to be agreement on SdoStream* extending SaxStream*, and on having an API to produce ContentHandlers.  Some details still need discussion.  We should try to get to a point where a concrete proposal can be written.

Is there any more discussion necessary before we vote on this?  If we accept this resolution, there are a few additional JIRAs that we may also want to Close-as-Duplicates.  I will send out a list tomorrow morning.
