Subject: [sdo] NEW ISSUE: Unsigned Types missing from Section 6.1
 

Target: SDO Core Spec CD02 

Description: The table in section 6.1 is missing rows for UnsignedByte,
UnsignedShort, UnsignedInt and UnsignedLong.

Proposal: Add these 4 rows to the table:

UnsignedByte	8 bits unsigned	[0-9]+
UnsignedInt	32 bits unsigned	[0-9]+
InsignedLong	64 bits unsigned	[0-9]+
UnsignedShort	16 bits unsinged	[0-9]+
