Subject: RE: [sdo] ISSUE 171: Including DataTypes and Abstract typesvirtually in SDO namespace

Hi Bryan,

I think the concept of „virtually” defining elements in a namespace is unclear.  Here is a somewhat wordier version for consideration:

Although the SDO specification describes these types as being in this namespace, they are not intended for use as schema documents and are therefore omitted.  Schemas should use the corresponding standard elements.

Best Regards,

Ron

Proposed changes for Issue 171

Summary of changes:  Added specification defined DataTypes and Abstract types as comments indicating that these types are virtually defined in the namespace.
