Hi,

Sorry, didn’t see this in time yesterday.  Let’s schedule the call for next week, Feb 23, at the usual time.

If any voting member will not be able to attend, please send a note.

Ron

Hello All,

When will we hold the final call?  Rick and I can be available today at the normal time if we want to do it then.

This would mean one more call to vote on a motion to close the TC.

A Full Majority Vote requires that more that 50% of all voting members (present or not) vote in favor of the motion.

If a motion to close the TC passes, I believe the final order of business of the call would be to approve the minutes of the final meeting.

[sdo] Process for closing a TC

Hello All,

The following are the mechanisms for closing a TC:

1.
A TC may be closed by Full Majority Vote of the TC
2.
By Resolution of the OASIS Board of Directors
3.
Or by the OASIS TC Administrator.
Jeff Mischinksy has recommended to me that we follow the first option, as the other two normally come into play when a spec group goes AWOL.
