Groups - Perl module for testing the Description Language (sws-0.4.tar.gz) uploaded

Further mods to the language and perl module. It can now do
loops and conditions. I've also changed the way variables
and records are collected (which I've started to document on
the wiki -- though it's not all there yet.)
