Ray reviewed the status of the core document set.  The plan is to release five Committee Documents and two discussion documents. Four of the five CDs have been posted for final review, and the fifth is coming soon.

The five CDs have been formulated as CD - are in the CD template - though not official CDs yet (each has a note that it is unofficial). The plan is to vote on the set of five at the next call.  

We want to be able to release all seven documents together in order to provide a big picture. The latter two are discussion documents, not mature enough to be CDs.

Ashley will be gone for more than two weeks (beyond the next call) so Matthew will take charge of the description language document for now.
