Let's discuss scheduling, long and short term.



Long term, big picture.

I've sketched a schedule that aims to standardize the documents we are
currently working on by October.



Complete the documents. By March

Prepare documents for public review. April.

Public review. May, June

Revision and prepare ballot versions.  July, August

Ballot as OASIS standard.  September.

Approval. October

Let's discuss this at the call Monday. Please think about if, when, and
where a meeting might fit into our schedule.


Short-term
The current series of calls ends December 16. Should we reaffirm the Monday
0930 time and schedule another series of calls, or should we consider a
different day/time.
