I’m not sure about the value of the <baseURL>
element. It is very tricky to mangle a URL to add a query restriction.
I propose instead an optional <link> element with every <term> that
has the complete URL prebuilt for the user to click through on. I appreciate the addition of the <dataSource> wrapper
around groups of facets to support my need to expose federated results.
