Hi Ray:

I guess I had initially thought it would be an annex to the doc, but now see
that maybe there is a logistical element to consider as well - length.

Maybe it should just be a separate doc which is discussed in an annex, with
some example details rather than reproducing the whole spec.

What do others think?
