draft scan schema

I have written a draft scan schema.

Scan isn't complicated so I think this is fairly close to right, still there are a few questions but I didn't have time to write them down, and appart from the strictly scan questions there are the namespace questions, and "normalization" questions - I.e singular vs. plural, etc. I'll get to all that later in the week, as well as integrtate this into the main response schema. 

For now, could you please look it over and see if it looks right.
