CQL BNF: Two errors

Title: CQL BNF: Two errors

Hi:

In looking at the BNF for CQL I came across two errors: one minor, one less so.

1. There's a typo in this production:

   search-clause         =       [index relation-modifed] search-term

It should be 'relation-modified'.

2. I don't see any reference to the 'index-modified' rule which is a construct used in sortby specs. This needs fixing. Just calling it out now so I don't forget.
