Well, since I think the user community is only going to want one form, I'd call one of them cql-form and the other cql-form-prime.

Separate query types is fine with me, as an abstract solution, but as a
practical matter, what do we call them?  We're calling the (single)
queryType 'cql-form'.  If we have two of these, one for pre-booleans and the
other for post-booleans, would you like to suggest names for these?   --Ray
