SWS Documents

Hi Robin - On behalf of the Search Web Services Technical Committee I want to give you advance notice that we want to submit seven documents, for ballot. We consider this phase of our work to be near completion.  These documents are nearly ready. (In fact all but one is ready, and that one will be ready in a matter of days; it is the CQL document, the next to last listed, and it is awaiting a short, non-normative annex.)

Could you look these over for any deficiencies. I am trying to determine what I need to to make these conform to submission requirements. The last time we submitted documents for review they were pretty much in this form (no boilerplate, etc.) and Mary got them in shape. So I need to know if you will do that or if I need to.
