Subject: Action Items from F2F#3

As I reported on the Aug 7 concall, I have determined that five of the F2F#3
issues are actually Action Items. Here are the items and their current
status.
----------------
ISSUE:[F2F#3-1]: Issues List document is way too large. Need to stop
sending around dead issues.

Hal - I have done this and it will be reflected in
draft-sstc-saml-issues-05.doc.
----------------
ISSUE:[F2F#3-4]: Bob Blakley -	asks for a set of diagrams showing the
local and global "valid time" intervals and how they overlap, with an
explanation of what behavior we WANT to have - then let's design an
algorithm which implements that behavior.

Hal -- Will try to have ready before F2F#4, don't think the diagram is very
complicated, but behavior needs to be specified.
----------------
ISSUE:[F2F#3-5]: we need the common Word doc template!!

Gil - done on July 17 - item closed.
----------------
ISSUE:[F2F#3-6]: doc repository needs cleaning-out. JeffH proposes
sweeping older, non-current doc versions into a subdir named "old".

Jeff - Pending
----------------
ISSUE:[F2F#3-35]: BobB said in an aside that there is something wrong
with at least some of the occurrences of our use of the "bearer" in
Subject specifiers in all of the above constructs. Need to get him to
elaborate in detail on what his observations are.

BobB (in absentia) - There has been discussion on the list about how
"bearer" should be indicated, but I don't believe BobB has clarified what he
had in mind the morning of day two of the F2F. I recall that this came out
of a discussion with Carlisle, so perhaps he can clarify this point.
