I have attempted to include this material in the 
current web browser profile. In doing so I found
many unanswered questions about failure states
in the response. Another issue is whether the AP 
is able to "push" assertions to the RP in this framework
--- this was the basic model used in bindings-05.

My preference would be not to include this material
in the current draft for consistency. At the f2f we
can come to an agreement on the proposed semantics
of this feature.
