Subgroup report

I will not be at the concall this week, due to a customer commitment.  If
someone else from the subgroup would like to volunteer to be the "point
person" to take action items, etc., I'd appreciate it.

Since our group hasn't really gotten started yet, the only report we have is
that we've begun some discussions about our charter.  Anyone care to
disagree with that status :-)
