Re: create SSTC-editor email distribution list?

Karri & I chatted about this stuff some yesterday and today and we're all set
to go for it. He's begun to hack about in the
oasis-open.org:/export/www/committees/security directory. 

I've updated the doc guidelines doc and put them here..

We're suggesting that the /committees/security/docs subdirectory become the
SSTC document repository. If this is ok and the -02 version of the doc
guidelines looks ok, then we can announce its availability, plus begin an index
page for the docs subdir. 

how does that sound?
