Hi Dave,

It'd be helpful if you would do the following to draft-sstc-use-domain-04.doc
and then resubmit it...

1. place the filename draft-sstc-use-domain-04.doc on the first page (at least.
in the running header|footer would be nice).

2. please list the authors/editors. 

3. I suggest you add a subsection entitled something like "changes from
previous version" and in it place the items cited in your msg under the heading
of "I have done the following:". 

4. It may also be good to add another subsection entitled something like
"author's notes on this revision" and place in it the items cited in your msg
under "I did not understand the following or wasn't sure exactly what to do
from the various minutes:" 

If you have the capability to produce .pdf, it'd help out if you could submit
both .doc & .pdf. If not, I'm happy to produce the .pdf.
