   added to the SJC mailing list

7. Charter has passed. Proposed invitation to TCs as proposed
   by Karl to be sent to other OASIS TCs.

   NOTE: Incomplete. Will handle this asap with proactive 
   attention to the new digital signature group.

8. TAB meeting update

   - Results of invitation to OASIS TAB for a liaison to SJC
     Krishna has been appointed by the TAB to liaise and he 
     has been added to the mailing list

9. Coordinated SJC member F2F meetings
