As of 2315 PDT this eve, www.oasis-open.org is displaying the ebxml.org page,
and http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/security/docs/ is 404'g. Reasons why
aren't immediately evident with a modicum of poking about with an FTP client.
This is one for Jeff Lomas I suppose.
