No, actually, it's fairly accurate.  These are generated as soon as I enter the attendance data into Kavi.  Sometimes I miss a person or two, and have to resubmit, so you might see a couple sets of these.  But the attendance report is accurate.  It's just buried amongst erroneous reports of ballot participation (since Kavi doesn't offer a non-attendance-bearing ballot type yet).  

And the Prospective Member Eligibility Report is almost accurate as well.  It just doesn't factor in the case where someone joined the TC a "long" time ago but only recently requested prospective status.  In this case, it may prematurely indicate the member has completed the prospective phase.

It's getting closer.  Really.
