page one:

Note: Before sending a message to this list you must first subscribe; send

requestors-comment-request@lists.oasis-open.org with the word "subscribe" 
as the body of the message. 11

Attempting to send mail to 
security-requestors-comment-request@lists.oasis-open.org results in the 
following error:
