Recently I am receiving parsing errors on the xsd file located at http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/3408/oasis-sstc-saml-schema-protocol-1.1.xsd.

The error I seem to get is "White spaces are required between publicId and systemId" which dosn't make a lot of sense. But has something changed with this xsd document recently?
