Use Case and Requirements Subcommittee Status Report

Had first concall meeting.  On this call we:
	- Created a plan.  Plan is 3 iterations of UC/Requirements doc with
intervals for comments/revisions between.  First iteration will be union of
S2ML and AuthXML.  Second iteration will incorporate use cases from other
sources.  Dates below.
	- Evan Prodromou and Jeff Hodges volunteered to assist with the editing.
	- Discussed document formats.  No final decision made, decided to use in
the interim: html or rtf for text and .jpeg and Powerpoint for graphics.
Bob Blakley will be investigating alternatives.
	- Discussed the need for a web-based repository - will look to Marc
Chanliau's website efforts to see if it will provide a solution here.
	- Decided to have first face to face meeting at same time as entire TC F2F.
	- Planned next concall meeting for 1/31 8AM PST

Dates: 1/25 - Requirements Strawman Doc v.1 distributed to UC subcommittee
list
 	 2/1 - Deadline for comments/revision requests from subcommittee members
  	 2/8 - Requirements Strawman Doc v.2 distributed to UC subcommittee list
	 2/15 - Deadline for comments/revision requests from subcommittee members
	 2/22 - Requirements Strawman Doc v.3 distributed to entire TC
