Subject: [security-services] Core changes for ISSUE: Actions and Action elements

Here's the proposed text from my previous message
(http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/security-services/200202/msg00186.html
), updated with the changes agreed during the Mar. 5, 2002 conference call:

Line 800: replace <element ref="saml:Actions"/> with <element
ref="saml:Action" maxOccurs="unbounded"/>

Line 810-812: Section 2.4.4.1, element <Action> (remove <Actions>)
The <Action> element specifies an action on the specified resource, for
which an authorization decision is sought. It has the following structure:

Line 813: s/Namespace/ActionNamespace/
(keep lines 814-817)

Lines 818-829:
Action [required]: The action for which authorization is sought.

The following schema fragment defines the <Action> element and its
ActionNamespace
attribute:

<element name="Action" type="saml:ActionType"/>
<complexType name="ActionType">
  <simpleContent>
    <extension base="string">
      <attribute name="ActionNamespace" type="anyURI"/>
    </extension>
  </simpleContent>
</complexType>
