Known work items to finish by next week

At the end of yesterday's call, I mentioned some outstanding items that 
we need to conclude by next week's call.  Here is the list of items I 
know about right now:

- PE6: Artifact and corresponding confirmation method (I sent a message
   about this a couple of weeks back)
- PE17: Non-normative clarification of status code
- "TODO: example" in the revised Signature chapter (from Scott)
