Document Description:
The V.1. Issues List includes all issues listed as deferred in the V1.0 Issues List.

I took some editorial privilege and closed issues DS-3-01 (DoNotCache) and DS-14-15 (Versioning). I also marked UC-1-05 (First Contact - e.g. Destination Site First) in yellow and propose that it be closed. I believe we may also be able to close some issues in section 2.3 (sessions), but didn't want to make presumptions there. 

Let's discuss the document at one of the upcoming con-calls.
