Status of major docs

Not quite where I hoped to be for this week, but hey, I have to sleep
occasionally.

Core: basically done, needs copy-editing, reference cleanup

Bindings: also basically done, minus diagrams, editing/cleanup

Metadata: major rework of later sections needs review, should be close to
done

Profiles: getting closer, SSO/ECP should be about done, needs the "dummy"
profiles written, and some cleanup of the attribute profiles

All current work is posted, and I intend to finish up profiles this week.
