1) Line 732 - inconsistency between the schema definition for AssertionConsumerService in the spec and the XSD file

Spec:<element name="AssertionConsumerService" type="md:AssertionConsumerServiceType"/>

XSD: <element name="AssertionConsumerService" type="md:IndexedEndpointType"/>

As 'AssertionConsumerServiceType' is neither defined nor used anywhere else, the schema would appear to be correct.

2) Line 755 - typo 'allelements'
