X.509 attribute profile, 6th draft, DIFF version.

Please note the changes to Sections 3.1.2 and 3.2.2 regarding use of
encryption keys.  These edits are based on the 10 May 05 comments on the
profile emailed to the SSTC mailing list by Tom Wisniewski, and a
subsequent email exchange between Tom and I where I asked some questions
for clarification.

All 27 comments listed in Tom's 10 May 05 email have been addressed in the
attached version of the profile.  I wish to express my appreciation to Tom
and the other members of the SSTC for the feedback you have provided on
this document.
