Olivier,

Yes, Mr. Burtine did suggest that we could do that in January, but I am
a strong beliver that April is more appriopriate and a much better date.

By the way many thanks to Olivier for his activities in this area and
his very helpfull feedback. In fact the main reason that the work has
progressed so far is due to the constructive feedback that I have
recieved from Olivier. 

I will be counting on his input throughout the process to help me stay
inline.
