Back in August we talked about pushing out all the current drafts
together: 
- the metadata drafts, 
- X509 profile 
- XPath attribute profile 
- Tech overview 

Is there anything still holding us up on sending these all out for
public review? 

If we will vote on the metadata drafts please add the XPath one as
well:
