My understanding is that

a) we have two parallel revisions, cd-02 and draft-10, that were both based
on cd-01

b) we're trying to merge useful stuff from the draft-10 "fork" into cd-02
"fork" (and for better or worse, that new revision is called draft-11)

Of course, I could be horribly confused at this point too.
