I'm honestly not at all familiar with these RFC's but it sounds like we
have a potential erratum item?

We should publish errata for SAMLMeta2.0 on this.  I've read through the
updated RFC's (4033-5)... Only 4035 applies wrt SAMLMeta, and, since
SAMLMeta does not introduce any new requirements on signed zones or
resolves, it should be a simple s/2535/4035/g operation.
