HoK profiles (CD-03)

Two new Committee Drafts (CD-03) have been uploaded to kavi:

These CDs were approved by the SSTC on 20 Oct 2009.

Note that the HoK Web Browser SSO Profile has cross-references to its
schema and to the HoK Assertion Profile, and therefore these
Designated Cross-Reference Changes must be noted in the next CS ballot
as described in the OASIS TC process:

The version history on the last page of each document needs to be
updated in the forthcoming CS document as well, but I don't know how
to make this happen.
