The overview came later and I haven't really done anything with it. In
light of Chet's comment, it may be that we want to repurpose the overview
as a normative intro to the standard alone with the other material you
mention if somebody is willing to work on it.

This isn't "the documents that will be in the standard", it's just the set
needed to bring the older drafts up to date for further work.

I won't have the bandwidth to do much more than help with the explanatory
material on the data model. And you wouldn't want me doing any diagrams,
nor do I speak UML or any other modeling languages.
